Turn Off Call Forwarding on a Polycom phone

To turn off call forwarding:
1. The forwarding feature can be accessed different ways depending upon the model of phone.

Press the “Forward” key, or

Press the “Menu” key, then select “Features” and “Forward”

2. Select a Forwarding Type from:

Always, No Answer, and Busy.

3. Press the Disable soft key.
