Database Billing Integration Opera / Fios
When a guest checks out, their phone bill is sent to the opera or fios system, and is easily added to the overall stay rate. The integration of systems allows easy overall billing for the stay at your resort.
Cost Calculation
The phone billing system can determine prices for outgoing phone calls based upon the price you are spending. A percentage value can be used for price markup. An example being adding 20% to the cost of a guest call to Hawaii.
