With ibillx and Micros point of sale screens, each hotel room can be assigned an extension in the building’s pbx telephone network. This allows for guests to be billed automatically for time spend on the phone, using the chosen billing rates for calls.
Manage Rooms and Lines
In the rooms and lines tab, an extension number can be set tied to a hotel room. In the example, the hotel room number is the same as the phone system extension for simplicity.
