Graphs can display phone usage data in a way that allows visual assessment of statistics. Call frequency and load can be compaired by minute, hour, daily, or monthly factors.
Minutes Per Hour
The amount of minutes used either for incoming, or outgoing calls can be tracked by the number of minutes used. This value can be helpfull in determining cost viability for different minute plans with various carriers.

Minutes Per Month
With the VoiceIP pbx’s record keeping options, a company can choose to keep track of how many minutes are being used per month. Graphs are available to help visually compare the minutes used in one month compaired to another.

Calls Per Hour
When deciding how many people to staff at what hour for answering calls, knowing the number of calls per hour helps. With a bar graph the calls are displayed comparitively by hour for the current day, or previous days on record:

Each style of graph can be compared against another graph of a different day, month, or period of the time frame. Select the desired length of time or specific days from the drop down menu.
