Since 2004, VoiceIP Solutions has been deploying custom Asterisk based solutions for clients in the Pacific Northwestern United States and around the world.
Asterisk is a powerful open source telephony platform that runs on the Linux operating system. It provides standard business telephone system (PBX) features and functions. But it can also serve a variety of specialized rolls including Automated Call Distribution (ACD), Automated Voice Response (IVR), IP telephony gateway/softswitch and more.
Custom Platforms
Custom Asterisk solutions can be tailored specifically to your business requirements and have been successfully deployed in many types of offices, call centers, and as stand-alone Voice Application Servers. The phone systems can be provisioned with a variety of interface options including 1,2&4 port T1/E1 PRI interface cards, analog line cards & BRI interface cards. Asterisk platforms can be configured in clusters or stand alone with automated recovery for high-availability implementations.
Web Integration
Much like Apache/PHP provide a platform for web development, Asterisk provides a platform for developing and deploying voice applications. Asterisk includes a powerful scripting environment and can be extended via APIs and a powerful TCP/IP manager interface. It can be linked to SQL databases and can provide text-to-speech functionality using add-on third party software. Asterisk has an active development community and a wide variety of 3rd party add-on applications are available.
Free Technical Evaluation
VoiceIP Solutions can provide your business with a free on site technical evaluation, to see if an Asterisk PBX solution is right for your company.
